HSBC Designer in Residence at the V&A
From November 2008 HSBC will fund a six month ‘designer in residence' post at the V&A's Sackler Education Centre for a Chinese designer.
The chosen designer will spend a minimum of three days per week at the museum. They will spend time in a studio developing their work and may share their insights and experience of modern China through a series of special workshops and education programmes over the six months.
Applications close at the end of April with the chosen Chinese designer confirmed in May 2008
